Best mobo & CPU for streaming that works with my setup?

Hello, I wanted to upgrade my setup a bit and have $1000 to spend.

Here's what I'm working with now:

Processor: AMD FX-8150 8-core
Ram: Kingston HyperX DDR3-1600 8GB
Video Card: EVGA GTX 970 FTW
Power Supply: Huntkey X7 900W
CPU Cooler: Corsair H110i Liquid Cooling
Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth 990FX TUF
Hard drive: Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GB


I'd say I'm a pretty average gamer but I wanted to get into streaming as well so I got a razer stargazer camera that needs a 6th gen CPU to work

I've been asking around and have been told to get this:

MSI Computer ATX DDR4 Motherboard Z170 Krait Gaming

INTEL CORE I7-7700 PROCESSOR(8M CACHE,4.2GHZ)

Would do you guys think?

Also I've been thinking of getting into overclocking do you think my setup could handle it if I got an unlocked processor instead?

And now that I realize the webcam is shit basically from what I hear what other webcams would you guys suggest?

The camera is limited to Windows 10 computers with sixth-generation or later Intel Core CPUs, a minimum specification that non-RealSense webcams don't require.

If you want a MSI Z170 motherboard and 7th Generation CPU, I suggest you DO NOT get a motherboard without:
Internal I/O Connectors:
1 x BIOS FLASHBACK+ button

You need a new BIOS update for 7th Generation CPUs which the Z170 Krait Gaming does not have and would need a 6th Generation CPU to flash the BIOS.

A motherboard with BIOS FLASHBACK+, for example, is Z170A GAMING M7. Of course, there is a newer Chipset than the Z170, the Z270 that would not need a BIOS update for the I7-7700.

If you want to know how BIOS FLASHBACK+ works, instructions are included in the motherboard...

Hey Calvin thanks so much for your reply, it helped a lot! Was wondering if you had any other suggestions for a motherboard, doesn't have to be msi specifically just not asus as I've had issues with the one I have now. All I'm able to find are the ones you've mentioned and a bunch of asus.
