Help me out for a psu

I m thinking to buy Asus Rx 480 4gb.
Asus z170 pro gaming.
Ram 12 gb 2133mhz
I5 6600
Cabinet Corsair 100r
Which PSU should I buy? I have no idea about it. My budget for the PSU is 5000 or 6000. And also suggest me a best CPU cooler

Yes, 520W is enough in your case.

The "Bronze" and "Gold" ratings are all part of the "80+" certification. "80+" really just means that the PSU can output at least 80% of what it draws from the wall socket (keep in mind there's the "85+" one which is 100% fake and usually the sign of a bad power supply). "Bronze", "Silver", "Gold", "Platinum", and "Titanium" are all part of the "80+" certification, and each one indicates higher efficiency when converting AC power from the wall to the DC power used by your components. However, because modern components usually don't use that much power, the value of better efficiency is usually in that more efficient PSUs are also quieter.

In short: Better 80+ rating = less power wasted and...
RX480 needs about a 500w psu.
I have no problem overprovisioning a PSU a bit. Say 20%.
It will run cooler, quieter, and more efficiently in the middle third of it's range.
A PSU will only use the wattage demanded of it, regardless of it's max capability.
Seasonic is always good quality.

I5-6600 comes with an adequate cooler.
The only reason for an aftermarket cooler is to reduce noise when under load.
Your case limits your cooler option to 150mm tall.
For that, cryorig H7 at 145mm is one of the best.
