If you have to buy new then the best would be a GT 730 DDR5 (do not get the ddr3 version)

GL going it used can be a good idea I'm just concerned about your 350 psu the GT 730 DDR5 only requires 300w psu and sips power at only 25w (the crappier ddr3 version require almost twice the power at 49w with less performance !) just make sure it is the DDR5 version.

GT 730 GDDR5 is your best option right now for this price , but dont be greedy, in normal-high settings you wont get more than 80 fps.
You can overclock this gpu of course by 12% easily but i suggest to not go further .
