Need help for CPU choosing please help a noob brother out.

I would go with either a Skylake i5 and either a H170/Z170 motherboard or a Kabylake i5 with a H270/Z270 motherboard.

i was thinking to w8 for amd but i dont know cause i was very disappointed from my FX 8350 after going from 3770k.the i7 7700k worth for gaming? or im good with an i7 6700k?i need a cpu and a mobo that i will be able to use it after a year cause i schedule to upgrade my gpu to a high end one.
