What's the difference between them, who has the better fps, the better temperature and who runs better for games like witcher 3, gta 5/4 far cry 3,4,primal, resident evil 7, dead rising 4, skyrim legendary edition and the new games who will appear... I need some prof.
BTW i will give you some options for GTX and AMD and can you tell me which is the best one ?
Sapphire Radeon RX 480 NITRO+ OC 8GB DDR5 256-bit Lite
MSI Radeon RX 480 GAMING X 8GB DDR5 256-bit
PowerColor Radeon RX 480 Red Devil 8GB DDR5 256-bit
MSI GeForce GTX 1060 GAMING X 6GB DDR5 192-bit
Palit GeForce GTX 1060 Super JetStream 6GB
EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB FTW+ GAMING ACX 3.0

Both cards will trade blows with each other but the fact remains that unless the titles aren't optimized by either camps dev's, you're not going to see an improvement over the other. You can go through this 23 page article on Hardware Canucks. You also need to wonder if you want to migrate to a Freesync or GSync monitor in the future...?

Did I forget to mention that the RX480 is hotter? Oh and one more thing, what are you full system's specs?

There are plenty of reviews and benchmarks out there to see how they compare in certain games and on average. 1060 performs a little better on average in DX11 games, 480 pulls ahead in DX12 and Vulkan.

Temperatures vary based on which specific model you get, look for a review of that card.

Your best bet is to check the most recent reviews of the two cards since driver updates have made a huge difference in performance. This is one of the more recent articles I've come across:

http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/forum/hardware-canucks-reviews/73945-gtx-1060-vs-rx-480-updated-review-3.html

Basically, it come down to the titles and preference as both cards trade blows with one another in most titles for performance and are equally future proof in that regard.
I believe Nvidia has better temperature though.

Specs :
AMD FX-4320 Quad-Core 4.0 GHz ( i don't know if i'm gonna change it with an i5 or i7 after i will buy the GPU)
ASRock 970M Pro3
16GB Ram
GT 650 1GB
Approx 650W
And i think i found a monitor LG Gaming 22MP68VQ-P 21.5 inch 5ms Black FreeSync 75Hz, BUT i don't have the 125$ for it, so it will wait for some weeks after i'll buy the gpu. Btw at gtx i know that i will go with the msi gaming x, but at amd the fps matters or the red devil is better for temperature. AND i will need to buy something to keep the temperature lower ?

You should be careful to operate your system with a Generic PSU. Might be best to include the make and model of your PSU. If going for an i5/i7 from Intel of the latest generation, you're going to need to migrate to DDR4 as well as the prerequisite of a motherboard.

For now that's not the problem, the problem is if i will buy a amd and not a gtx. The Red devil model will be better for temperature ? And i will need something to lower the temperature ?

Better temperature than what? If you want to know how hot the Red Devil runs, there are plenty of reviews.

Regardless of what RX 480 you get, you will not need to do anything to lower the temperature. Except maybe if you get a reference card, but don't do that.
