So I got my Fnatic Rush gaming Keyboard 1 week ago. When I plugged it in the first time it would not work, no light, no signal, just plain dead. So I did a restart and still dead, i tried different USB-s but it did not work. Then I tried one more restart and it was so slow, it took maybe 10 minutes for the window that say "Windows restarting" and the little circle spinning to go away and to get the PC to actual restarting. THEN it worked again all of a sudden.

Now I have had my PC on for 1 week and I had no problem gaming on it, it did work perfectly. But yesterday evening I did shut down my computer and I noticed something, it said "Shutting down" like normal, then the monitors turned black but the PC was still on, and this is not normal for my computer. It usually turns off when the monitors are also going black.
I didn't think much about it, just thought it was weird and I went to bed. Today after I got home from work I tried to turn the computer on again and then the keyboard was dead again, no sign of life. I could not find it in the Device Manager either. I tried again different USB-s and restarting, now again this restarting also took a long time, I did not wait through it so I restarted it manually. Still not working, the keyboard. I then tried the old keyboard I have and it works perfect, no problems with that one.

I tried to install the driver / software for the keyboard that is found here while the keyboard was connected but it only says that "Please plug-in the RUSH to start the RUSH software!".

So through the time I've been redirected to Tomshardware to get some help and I have almost always found some, but I cant seem to find any thread that are related to this so it was time for me to make one now. I really hope that someone can help me with this problem. PS: I have not yet been trying the Rush keyboard on another computer but I will soon. BIOS and drivers are up to date, BIOS I also tried resetting by hitting the restart button on the I/O shield when computer is of and PSU is turned off.

Was there any solution or did you rma? I have the exact same problem on my 3 week old keyboard. Tried it with another computer and still didn't work, also uninstalled everything that had anything to do with fnatic without success. Strange how it went from working perfectly to completely dead from one day to another
:/

No, I got my money back and bought a Logitech G810.
