New PC, Fan CPU Always Max RPM

Hi, i buy new pc, Asus h110m-K + i5 6600k (Stock) + Ddr4 2x4gb + Gtx 1060...

[i have cooler master hyper 412s with corsair 120 af]
When i start PC for first time, the cpu fan are working on max rpm (1500rpm), i install AiSuite 3 and tryed *Auto FAN Setup* but nothings change, in AiSuite 3 its says the fan are in 20%, and in Bios i cant change nothing i think...

What can i do? Whats its the problem? AiSuite 3 always worked well for me in other pcs

The only thing I can think off is the 412s has a 3 pin connector. Are you running it to a 3 or a 4 pin header, and have you connected that correctly? another option is maybe a BIOS update that hopefully addresses an issue with fan speed regulation.

yeah my fan have 3 pin and the motherboard its 4 pin, i conected it correctly, in my old pc they work fine, but now idk, its allways run 1500rpm, CPU are 24º, trying with AiSuite 3 *Auto Setup Fan* dont work :/
