Hi, i finished setting up my machine then i turned psu button on, and i have this status:
PWR_LED: Red color
RESET_LED: Green color
When i turn on pc then i see q-code 53 (after few seconds), also a yellow led near the atx power socket of the motherboard, of course i don't have any video output, ah and another thing the hdd doesn't have a O.S, i already tried to remove and reput cmos battery but same event.

Solution
Today , i just checked again the ram and i found something interesting, all grey ram slot working, so i was thinking yea it's four slot now working, because if i put the ram in one of the black slot it give me error, and there is a big surprise that i didn't know.. i was searching for an answer for the problem but i find out that's it's not a problem, thanks to this post:

Especially this part:
"I ran only 1 stick of ram and tested out each slot individually and all of the grey slot works, while all of the black ones doesn't. Called up Asus on it and they say, there is nothing wrong with the board, it's just the way how the X99 chipset works. In order to use...

EDIT: i Inserted the speaker on q connector but it's useless for now because it give me a "one continuous beep followeed by two short beep and then pause (repeated)" and on the manualsay no memory detected but i have the ram inserted on the slot.. my ram is this https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B0123ZASHO/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and the status is the same

the second one on the right of the cpu and cpu cooler , the recommended one in the manual for one module

If your positive that's the beep code points to memory.
I'll I do some more research on the issue, some things you can try:
1. Install the ram module into a different dim slot.
2. If you have another computer, create a bootable flash/cd and run memtest86:
http://www.memtest86.com/
3. Contact Asus technical support and open a case with them. Your motherboard should still be under warranty.

Thanks for your help :D (I hope i don't approcing any more issues)

What concerns me is that you had your memory installed into the correct dim slot.
Can you please humor me and try this:
1. Power off the computer
2. Flip the switch on the power supply to the off position.
3. Plug your memory module back into the original dim slot.
4. Flip the power switch to the power supply back on.
5. Power on the pc.
Does your computer still give you a beep code?

Yep , i tried it a few second ago, follow your steps, and moved to the original (second on the right) q code 53 and beep the same one continuous and two short (repeated) it's that slot gone ? or only the ram incompatible with that slot ?
Another thing i noticed when i moved ram and then power on it reboot one time with a combination of led but after was stable with beep sound and q code 53
I want to ask a last question, where i can connect the rear fan of the case ?

This one was attacched to that socket:

This is the other side of that part:

I would suggest plugging your rear exhaust fan into a chassis fan header on the motherboard. It looks like there are a few in the upper left corner of the motherboard.

Called up Asus on it and they say, there is nothing wrong with the board, it's just the way how the X99 chipset works. In order to use the black slots, all of the grey slots must be populated first. What that mean is with a total of 8 ram slots (4 grey + 4 black), all of the grey slot must have a stick of ram installed. When that's done, then the 2nd memory controller will turn on and let user installs additional ram into the black slots. This does not apply to just this board, but for other Asus X99 boards as well."
I hope if someone have this problem, this might help for her\him :D
