I have spent a good few hours reviewing and attempting all the previous problems on most of the threads already on this site however sadly none has fixed it. I used to reach 100+ easily on most the games like (csgo) however I suddenly have only been able to reach 10 at first I tried to look into it and most common response was it's a malware however I've used around 4-5 different anti virus and still nothing. Ive already master restored my computer and only downloading the game and put it on my ssd still nothing... my CPU is at a steady heat and isn't getting strained out Another game like overwatch receives the same results. My personal opinion is that my graphics card (nvidia 760 2gb) which has been overclocked (not my doing) has reached its end of life but was just wondering if others agreed.

Well there are a ton of variables. It could be that something is consuming more resources or it could be a hardware issue. I saw a guy a similar problem the other day where a video card had been removed, cleaned, and reinstalled but not seated all the way into the slot. So the OS could see it but its performance was terrible. The person pulled it, reseated it, problem solved.

You know the heat of your CPU but not how your GPU is doing. You could use MSI afterburner to monitor that and see if there is an issue there.

Well CS:GO is less resource consuming than a game like Overwatch. Here are some benchmarks of Overwatch on various cards and your 760 is in there. So if you have better ram and a better processor it could be something else but this is a good way to check first.

Thank you for the fast response, around a month ago I used to be able to play both games on easily 60+ fps without a single issue however as of recently i havent been able to get any sort of fps close to that, My set up is easily capable of running such a game with 16GB Ram, Gtx 760, Xenon Cpu (Can't recall the name off the top of my head) I have tried all common fixes for such a problem but sadly none have been able to succeed.
