Im having terrible low fps without reasons. When i have things in front of me like this in games i have terrible low fps. I played same games with older PC and its better than me. Even on low or high its the same thing, low fps same fps.
Just dont start to say old pc and other things, because i played bf3 and other games with older pc and i handle better than me. Its just terrible low fps in bf3 20fps even on low or high same res or lower, its the same fps drop
Its the same thing in every game, i just did a screenshot in Aliens Colonial Marines and see it, you will se gpu cpu tems and usages.

Im having same problem in everygame, even in low games that pc handles 100%. Cleaned the dust, new thermal paste, antivirus scan, tried almos everything.

Even in a new simple game called Line of Sight, its just came out in steam. Same High or Low Settings same fps drops.

Your GPU is alsmost 9 years old (released in 2008). I suspect there have been no driver improvements for that series cards for a number of years. You are also running an old Socket 775 quad core CPU also released in 2008. You are just above the minimum specs for playing BF3.

I'd try installing a significantly older version of the GPU driver and see if that brings any improvements.

Problem for the OP on that front is that he is running WIn 10 so an old driver wont work on his OS

It goes up sometimes. But even if a single thing is in front of me it drops down really bad. For ex: like in the photo, if there would be a little box in front of me and i hide behind it, without moving mouse looking the same way just crouching down behind the box fps boosts up, but when i go up the fps drops down to much. I know what is where a gpu or cpu cant handle a game, i know that. But i dont think that in my case this is normal, because its drops to much without reasons. Even GPU CPU Usage its to low.
