Hi I'm just wondering if I'm able to run Games such as gta 5 and fallout 4 on high to max settings because game debate gives my cpu a 1.
I5 7500 3.4ghz
GTX 1060 Windforce OC 6gb
8gb DDR4-2133

Yes you will, although 8gb of RAM may be a bit weak. Your CPU and GPU will be fine for high-ish settings.

Yup as long as you tweak it you should get a solid 60fps on decent settings.

Assuming you mean at 1080p@60hz then yes you will be just fine with that CPU and GPU.
If you are talking at 1440p or 4k then no.
