I built a PC a few months ago and today I just upgraded from an i5 6500 to an i5 7600 kaby lake, and everything was working fine, until I noticed that I couldn't find my AMD driver anymore for my RX 480 GPU so I decided to instal it again and so I went to the AMD website and let it automatically detect my hardware and download the appropriate driver and so I did, when the driver was installing and the AMD Software was right at 99 percent my system went on a weird screen and just started turning on and off and just restarted my computer and then after the logo for my mobo showed up all I could see was the windows circle loading for a long time.. I looked online and someone suggested to unplug any USBs and restart again and so it worked but it showed me a message that windows failed to boot up and it gave me options on how to fix it, so none worked until I decided to just reset my whole pc (didn't mind since I didn't have important files) and then it worked again I was on my windows home and I kept trying to instal again the driver software etc and it always ended up sayin "partially installed" and finally one time it started to download and right at 99 my computer froze so I had to restart it and when I did.the circle loading came back and now I'm back again to the same thing.. it's really frustrating because I'm no tech genius and I would just really hate it if I can't solve this problem, I've spent hours trying and I can't.. someone please help

My build:

MSI B150 Gaming M3 mobo (updated bios for kaby lake compatibility)

i5 7600 kaby lake CPU

MSI RX-480 8GB GPU

Vengeance LPX 8GB RAM Stick

Please help me out
Thanks.
