High Latency Fix

I'm using DPC Latency Checker and it's the only program open and yet I have very frequent red spikes every few seconds. What can I do to fix this?

Not use wireless. This is a fundamental issue with wireless. Wireless attempt to prevent data loss. It retransmits data to accomplish this but this takes time which is why you see the spikes. This is caused by something interfering. It tends to be impossible to find the cause of the interference and stop it.
