Best software to customize your parameters while playing on your games?

Hi, i used amd gaming evolved with my old 7970 dual x but i dunno if it's a good choice nowadays.

It had an option "optimize ingame options" that did really nice the work, putting ultra or high definition considering your pc specifications.

Should i keep using it or is there a new/better software to make that things? I have a 480 4gb

AMD's Crimson software already allows this...when you open Crimson it should bring up an option for Gaming upon clicking you will see the games listed and a profile created for respective game titles. you can click on Global settings to further tinker with the settings for graphical detail per game.
