Intel Pentium D 950 and 945G integrated VGA

Hello people, will this processor be enough for browsing web, watching videos on YT on 720p?
I want to sell secondary PC and replace it with this one which also has integrated 945g VGA and 1 GB of RAM, I would install Vista or Win 7 32bit.
So, will it run videos on 720p and some lower tier games ?

Yes. For web browsing and YouTube, that system will be just fine. I would not expect it to play too many games very well, however.

I think it will play League of Legends on low with constant above 30FPS tho?
If needed, I will buy some low end GPU from HD 54xx series or something in that range, will that be better?

No idea what kind of performance you'll get in League of Legends (found this YouTube Video). If it doesn't perform well enough for you, then a discrete graphics card would be better.

For your system, I'd probably look for something like a GT730. It's a good, low-powered graphics card that would not be a complete waste with your current processor.

I believe you will need at least 2 gigs of ram minimum just for the OS.

A pentium d 950 will run 720p youtube video's on the integrated gpu only fi youa re doing nothing else. You will need at least 2 gb of ram for this however. Games are not possible on that 945 as even games from the 90's tend to perform horribly on it.

Best thing you can do is get a cheap core2 quad from ebay. (As long as your motherboard supports them) This will allow you to do multiple things at once. If you get a gpu you can play lol on it but the cpu won't be able to handle a stable 30 fps(the pentium d).
