Couple weekends ago I build new pc. Downloaded Nvidia Experience, Windows 10 drivers and graphics drivers and hopefully didnt forget something else. Then downloaded Steam and games. They work perfectly, except Heroes of the Storm game. Everytime I play competitive on HotS, fps drops or freezes like every 2 min for 2 sec. On main menu its normal. I did that "32/64bit client" same thing, the game is installed on ssd. Tried on HDD same thing. Yesterday another issue came, now my monitor shuts down after 10-20 min gameplay. Cant use keyboard or monitor, the pc is still running and have to manually shutdown pc then it works. Today I wanted to check Game Debate site to see if my pc can run HotS. Then I got this, pic from gyazo

So if anyone know how to deal with this, please help. Im too addicted to play HotS. Btw im using old monitor 1366x768p. Im saving money right now for Zowie gaming monitor, this month will buy it. Thanks in advance.

Heres my Win 10 pc specs:
cpu: Intel Kaby Lake i5-7600 3.5Ghz
ram: Corsair Vengeance 16Gb (2x8Gb)
psu: Seasonic M12II-620 (recently changed from corsair vs650 which was the reason monitor went off)
mobo: MSI B250M Mortar mATX
gpu: Asus Strix Geforce GTX 970

Solution
1| Your PSU is the culprit in your shut down after an aforementioned period of time.
2| Have you made sure your motherboard BIOS is up to date?
3| Are you sure your installer for Windows 10 isn't corrupt? Speaking of which where did you get your copy of Windows 10?

1. PSU is new i bought recently, so the PSU i bought is bad then? Should I change PSU to another if i really bought the bad one?
2. Motherboard BIOS is up to date.
3. Downloaded Win 10 creation tool to usb from microsoft and used Win10 retail product key. Its genuine.

The VS Series from Corsair aren't the most reliable of units. If anything you should aim at a Corsair CX550M unit. Ask the shop to change the PSU and explain to them the issue you're facing. On another note, is 20 minutes tha maximum amount of time you can play on HOTS? Do you face any reboots/blackscreens mid game?

You're sure you didn't bend any CPU socket pins when building your system, right?

Right next week i have to change PSU, i have another psu in mind so can you tell me which one should i get. Both same price, Corsair CX550M or Seasonic M12II 620? Today morning i played 3 hours HOTS then the monitor went off. No reboot or black screen, as the monitor literally went off thinking the pc is turned off but the pc itself was on. Only rebooting from it manually works. I didn't count so sometimes about 10 or 20 min and this morning first time 3 hours before my monitor went off. My brother build my pc as he knows how to build one. So im sure CPU pins is not bended.

Thanks. I think its random. I played yesterday all day HOTS and DOOM, Overwatch and Dishonored 2 to see how long I can play. Everytime I reboot my system. I can play 1-3 hours before monitor goes off. First went off after 1.5h then 2h then 1h etc. Not only HOTS but Doom and other games aswell. How about the lag im having in HOTS? Played Doom and other games they didnt lag. Constantly 60fps. So monitor goes off on all games, but Hots is only one that lags every couple min like freezez for 2 sec on competitive. But when i play solo vs bot then theres no lag. I just tried Overwatch multiplayer, there was no lag or freeze. Maybe its games fault, not my pc... btw my previous old pc hots worked well...

So yeah, yesterday changed PSU and now monitor doesnt go off anymore. As for the lag/fps drops i was getting on hots, there isn't one anymore. I guess it was fixed when I updated Nvidia driver which came today. First I closed off all background apps, then played hots and noticed there wasnt anymore freezes. Figured Nvidia was at fault, but then I launched Nvidia Geforce Experience it notified me that new update came and installed. Now hots is not freezing anymore after update, weird. But thanks man.
