hi, my husbands laptop, a packard bell acer wont connect to the internet. my provider changed the frequeny and password. all other devices are connected but his laptop wont connect
 
Solution
popatim
Disconnect it from the network and then forget the network in the Operating System. When you next attempt to connect it will ask for the new password.
