I want to add a new card to it so I can get more FPS, but I found out my computer has integrated graphics.

You can also download and run a free program called Speccy and it'll give lots of info on your system.

To answer your question, having or not having integrated graphics has no effect on being able to add a videocard. You need the pci-ex slot to install it AND you need to make sure your power supply can power whichever card you choose.

Look at this image and look at your motherboard and tell us, do you see the slot called PCI Express x16 on yours?

It does not say x16, it says PCI express 3.0

this program will let you know the processor and motherboard you have

http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html

run it and post back the cpu name

and under the "mainboard" tab post back manufacturer and model

then open the case and look at the sticker on the power supply, looks like this

post back that info

So you have ASRock A88M G3.1 Board you can find all the details about your motherboard here http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/A88M-G3.1/

Now the question is resolved when you ask if you can run graphics card on your system if it has onboard graphics. Yes you definitely can as you have got PCI ex Slot on your motherboard.

But just having a pci ex slot doesn't mean you can run graphics card right away... the main component you require is the psu or power supply for powering the card. You need to tell which psu you're using, how much watts of power it can deliver.

Open the case and look for branding on the psu. Your PSU may or may not would look like this, but it will be similar.

Look for the watts, it would say 400 or 450 or 500 or 550 or 600 and so on.... Depending on this value you can choose the card that would be able to run with your current PSU. But i would say, anything above 550W from a good brand and you can pretty much power any card... But lets not get to that right now.

Then most probably you will be able to power any card. I still don't know the make and model of your psu so i am not sure whether it has a 6+2 pin pci connector for graphics card. But as long as the gpu you buy doesn't require an extra 6+2 pin power, it will be fine...
