WiFi router board with 1GB ROM

Hi, i am developing a solution which will have proxy and logging. I wanted to know how can I get a router with ROM of 1GB or 500 MB as log files will be large. I have already looked at solution with memory card or SSD disk solution however wanted to check if there is a way to avoid removable disk and have ROM on CHIP itself

"Developing a solution" - this sounds more like an embedded PC or commercial router, rather than an off-the-shelf router.
There's nothing wrong with disk-based flash media - if you don't wear it down with rewrites, it will last you for years.

Then - you don't store LOG files in a ROM (there's a reason it's called "Read-Only-Memory").
