Hay there, Im making my first every editing/gaming computer

Im going to be editing and playing games. Im going to edit 4k and 1080p videos, Im going to play Modern Warfare 2 and 3, Black ops 2 and 3, Counter Strike Global Offensive and some other games.

Im going to be editing with

Adobe After Effects
Adobe Audition
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Premiere Pro
Autodesk AutoCad
Autodesk Maya
Autodesk 3DS Max
Davinci Resolve
Cinema 4D
Mocha
NextLimit Realflow
Sony Vegas Pro 13/14

Im thinking of getting a i7 5820k or a Duel xeon 2670, I really want this pc to last a long time like 5 years or so (thinking of waiting for ryzen)

I made a old build awhile ago.

It was a Xeon 1230v5 something like that but i want a pc that can render with high speed and game at high fps.

BUDGET
( $700 - $900 )

FYI it can't be done this has no GPU yet and is as cheap as you can do what you ask (could skimp a tiny bit on memory speed) Need to reevaluate your plan.
