This is my first time building a PC for my gaming needs. I've done my research to the fullest and I've used pcpartpicker compatibility checker and I'm not sure if it's reliable or not. So I'm asking for a live person to check for me

I'm also wondering what my average fps will be on highest settings on Witcher 3 and GTA V with this build.

CPU: Intel Core i5-7600K 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor
--------------------------------------
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H170N-WIFI Mini ITX LGA1151 Motherboard
---------------------------------------
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
(I'm planning on overclocking my CPU)
---------------------------------------
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory
---------------------------------------
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
---------------------------------------
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB HYBRID Video Card
---------------------------------------
Case: NZXT Manta (White/Black) Mini ITX Desktop Case
---------------------------------------
Power Supply: EVGA 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
---------------------------------------

Any recommendations / anything I need to change? Thanks

Solution
Motherboard won't have a BIOS to support the KABY CPU , get a B250 or H270 board.

Most previous generation boards out there , don't have a compatible BIOS yet as stock hasn't turned over yet , to be safe get a B250 or H270.

your bios wont be supported, and since you have a k version of the cpu, i'm assuming you are interested in overclocking? if so get an x or z version of a motherboard, as h and b formats wont allow overclocking on k version cpu's

Thank you for your help everyone, I'll consider getting an MSI Z270I GAMING PRO CARBON AC Mini ITX LGA1151 Motherboard and maybe upgrade to GTX 1070 or 80. Is everything else good?

The PSU and my Memory is what I'm concerned about; are they good enough?

everything else looks fine :) the memory is more than enough and psu should get by fine with your setup
