Specs: Windows 10, Nvidia Geforce Gtx 1050 Ti, Amd fx-6300 processor, 6 Cpu cores, 8 gigs of ram.
So basically, my computer runs everything except graphics intensive games. So I assume this is a Gpu problem. I reinstalled the latest driver for my graphics card, however, the problem persists, Graphics heavy games refuse to run smoothly. Ive also thought of dedicating more ram to the video card but I dont want to make any actions with my BIOS until i know its a good idea. Advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

well, try to tweak your setting, make sure no malware on your pc, as malware do random things that usually slowing down your pc, make sure all driver updated, enough power for running all components, check all components compatibility to make sure about that, probably your pc have a lot of dust that could make your pc run hotter, and make impact to pc performance, or maybe the most simple thing to do is upgrading your pc/return the graphic card and get new one or fixing it. check your game setting to make sure the settings is not to high for your graphic card as 1050 ti is not high end graphic card, tweaking the setting
