Can this CPU work with this motherboard???

If it does not work can somebody send a motherboard with the same price that uses ddr4 memory and a gtx 1060??

NO.
That is an intel CPU based motherboard

You need AM3+ supported motherboards if you need it to be compatible with the CPU

As far as somebody sending a motherboard with the same price that uses ddr4 memory and a gtx 1060??
That would be very hard to do since that CPU does not use DDR4 memory.

To use that processor, you would need an AM3+ motherboard and as previously mentioned, none use DDR4 RAM.

The alternative would be to go with an Intel processor to pair with your Intel based motherboard which does accept DDR4 RAM

Note: I excluded Kaby Lake processors as a BIOS update would be required in order to run those processors.

Either route will allow you to run the GTX 1060 graphics card, provided you have the sufficient power supply.
