Hi. I have just finished building a new gaming PC and have tested it multiple times. All the fans work when I turn it on (case fan, CPU cooler, GPU fans, power supply fan) but my screen stays blank. The only thing I haven't plugged in is a USB 3.0 from the case into the motherboard because I simply cannot make space on my mini-ITX motherboard. It's pretty much impossible to plug in. Do I need to plug that in for it to work or are there any other things I can do to make it work? My components are:

-Gigabyte GA-Z170N Gaming 5
-Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
-Intel i5 6600k
-Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070
-EVGA Supernova G1650W Power Supply
-GSkill Ripjaws 2x8GB DDR4 RAM
-500GB Samsung 850 Evo 2.5 inch SATA SSD
-Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ITX case
-Dell P2415Q 4K monitor

Thanks.

Hi, assuming you don´t have windows instaled yet, try to boot the system up without the GPU(take the GPU out, connect the monitor to the motherboard video output). If your computer is new and you build it yourself probably you didn´t installed the motherboard speaker. If you have that speaker, connect it to the motherboard. It will sound if you have something wrong on your mother board (you can check the sound code in the mother board manual).
Sorry for my english (not my mother language) and hope you fix it¡¡¡
