I have a Gigabyte Z170x-Gaming 7 motherboard. I was comparing the Front Panel Audio port diagram to the connector diagram of the Deep Cool Kendomen case I have.
The motherboard manual stats that the audio header supports Intel High Definition, but does that mean it will support my Azalia connector (which wikipedia and several other sources are telling me is another name for Intel HD audio connector).
The reason I ask is because the diagrams do not appear to match, but I am also having a hard time decrypting the short-hand, abbrevations and computer synonyms.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
