Overclocking on an ASROCK Z97 Anniversary

Hello, I was wondering how good of an OC I could get on my current motherboard which is an ASRock Z97 Anniversary and I was wondering if I could get a slight OC on my i7 4790k I had the motherboard with my old G3258 and never have had the money to upgrade so maybe a 4.3GHz overclock or something of that sort?

that mobo is capable for overclocking but with only 4 power phase design I'm not sure it would give a huge bump overclock.
if it can overclock i5 4670k into 4.0 GHz so i7 4790k wouldn't be a problem.

So I could get 4.6GHz in there? Wow thats more then enough for me.
