I am thinking of upgrading my acer aspire TC-605 I want to switch the graphics card out for a graphics card that can run games at medium-high settings at 50-60 FPS
I don't want to switch out the psu I'm looking for a graphics card that doesn't need extra power from the psu ( only connects to the mother board no extra wires )
My pc's specs
Intel i7-4770
GeForce gt710
8gb ram ddr3
2tb hard drive

PS. If possible a nvidia gpu is better unless there isn't any and do I need to change the psu (220W) if so any recommendations?

Solution
Not bad if you're on a budget. I would generally go for a higher "80+" rating but I used the 500W model in a build for a friend last year and it's been fine. Here's a few links for you:

Tom's Hardware PSU tier list

Electric current Wiki

PSU requirement calculator

When using that calculator, keep in mind that it's telling you what your MINIMUM requirement is. Best to get 100W+ over the minimum requirements. Also, your power supply is the most important component in your system. If you can, it's worth spending a little more for quality. It is after all, supplying electricity to ALL of your other parts.

Also be aware that "pre-built" computers' motherboards often have uncommon issues with graphics card compatibility. It would be wise to contact the vendor (HP, ASUS, Lenovo, whoever - or especially DELL) before upgrading the card.
