My i5 6600k need to get 1.47v to stable at 4.6GHz

My cpu i5 6600k need to much voltage to stable at 4.6 GHz.
It need 1.47v for stable.
My temp is around 70-80 °c under load.
Test by run aida64 and realbench and at the same time.

Is my cpu bad or Is it my bad?

My setup is
i5 6600k
Asrock Z170 gaming k4
16gb ddr4 2133
Rx480
Seasonic x series 750w
ID cooling water 120L

My setup in bios is like

All core =46
Cache =39
Ram= xmp
Voltage= 1.470
LLC = level 4

1.47 VCore is too high. You need to bring it down to a max of 1.4VCore.

You got unlucky with a bad CPU, it happens.

Yeah. that really high for me too.
I'm try to see how far it take to stable at 4.6 GHz.
Now I set it to 4.5 with 1.40v.
waiting a results stress test 24 hr.

And it failed to run 4.5 at 1.4v

While its annoying not to get the overclock you thought you would if 4.4 is stable the difference to 4.6 is less than 5%, you would never notice it.

Waiting stress test 24 hr.

4.4 auto voltage llc level 4 = blue screen

Maybe I will stay at 4.2 like before.it the most stable oc I can get
