Hi, I was trying to install COD ghosts by transferring all files from DVD to my external HDD, I couldn't install because, it can be installed only by iso file so I tried to download powerISO to convert the folder into iso file and install, I did this to skip the disk inserting process and for future in case the disk gets scratch and doesn't work. And I did download a zip file and extracted it and installed it, and unfortunately it was a malware which ruined everything, Then I found a program which was visible in programs and features, but I couldn't uninstall, i removed that malware with Malwarebite, "since then origin, uplay, steam doesn't go online", my internet connections are fine iam able to browse, so i uninstalled steam and tried to install now it cannot install due to not connected to internet even though my internet is working fine.

can somebody help, if not i may backup some stuff and reinstall os,

thank you popatim ... I found the solution myself ... I knew this was some kind of network issue, so I just rest network from "settings/ network & internet/ status/ network reset and restarted my pc, finally everything back to normal.

reintalling the OS is, IMO, always the best way to respond to having gotten malware. I suggest that after you get windows, drivers, & updates installed that you make a 'Base level' backup. This will reduced your whole 'reinstall windows' time from hours to ~ 10 minutes.
