Hi please I'm buying an hp desk pro from someone. He checked da cpu specs and sent me a pic. The cpu shows two clock speeds ..intel i7 6700 3.40 and 3.41. I suspect he over clocked but he says dell ans hp bios are locked so it can't be over clocked. I would like to know if it's normal or if it's faulty.
