What OS are you on? 7/8/8.1/10? The drivers necessary for your monitor should come through Windows updates. I found this but it doesn't match your monitor's part number.

Further reading.

Pertaining to your ram,
Customized lighting control software will be available for download on the official G.SKILL website in February 2017.
You've dot to wait for them to release the software that will take advantage of the RGB on your ram.

Apart from downloading the drivers and BIOS from Asus's site, Nvidia's site and the other bits and bobs you've found out, the rest should all come through Windows updates. In fact Windows 10, downloads updates for your system as they come available.

You're going to have to wait for G.Skill to release the software suit that manages the lighting on your rams though.
