I've searched for an option regarding this technology, but I could not find any in the UEFI. For reference, my CPU is the i5 6600K and, as of what I know, supports VT-X.

Solution

In your user manual, it appears to be labeled "VT-D"
English, pg 55, BIOS setup.

Intel Virtualization Tech [Enabled] Enables or disables Intel Virtualization technology. [Enabled] Enables Intel Virtualization technology and allows a platform to run multiple operating systems in independent partitions. The system can function as multiple systems virtually. [Disabled] Disables this function.
Intel VT-D Tech [Enabled] Enables or disables Intel VT-D (Intel Virtualization for Directed I/O) technology.

@Apolo7: I don't know what Z-170-A manual you were reading, because mine doesn't have a page 55. It has a 2-55, not a 1-55, and I don't see the VT-D setting anywhere in the book. So maybe you were reading some other motherboard manual's book. An actual answer/fix would have been MUCH more helpful (if you ever had it) than spouting off some page number.

From the MSI site:

Showing different options in the BIOS setup section.
You have to actually go into the BIOS and enable it.

Thanks, but still doesn't say "where" they are...but I did find "them" ...yes them, 1 setting I found, thought I was done, turned out that enabled another option previously hidden, so there are 2 settings. and the first one not where you expect it to be, and I can't remember the name right now, but under the Advanced section, (but not CPU...the next one down)
