How to configure Vlan's for Cable modem and L3 switch

I have a basic question, here is the connectivity. (|'s) are actual port counts/connections to each switch/VLAN needed.

Cable Modem (192.168.0/24)
|
Cisco SG300-20 (192.168.??)
||||||||||||||||---------||||------------------|
192.168.1/24----192.168.2/24-----Wireless Router (what network does the wan port go on?)
-------------------------------------------|
-------------------------------------------L2 switch (192.168.3/24)

We have a "tiered" network topology. I cannot change the connections due to inability to add cables. I cannot change the cable modem configuration, it is set to 192.168.0/24 with gateway of .1 and DHCP 101 and above.

Questions:
Do i create 3 new VLAN's on the cisco for the .1, .2, and a .3 for the wireless, or do I create 2 VLAN's for the .1, .2, and put the wireless on the .0 default VLAN?

All vlan's need to see the internet, all vlan's need to route to the other vlan's, need to access management interface of SG300 from all Vlan's, including the L2 switch.

Based on the above answer, how do I do any of this, I can create VLAN's, but what is tagged, untagged, and what are the routing entries on the SG300?

Thanks

The large problem you likely have is a layer 3 switch in general can not do nat. Your router if it is a consumer router will not nat more than a single subnet. So if your intention it to have all the vlans access the internet you need to solve the nat issue.
Sounds like homework. You are not asking the right questions, the question you are asking exposes a lack of knowledge required to accompl8 this. For example you would never really use the default vlan and having everything on the management vlan is also a no no. What is the requirement for vlans if all vlans have Inter vlan routing between them?
