Problem with external media payer not recognizing my external hard drive

I just bought a new 4 TB WD My Passport external hard drive and I can't get my IncrediSonic external media player to recognize it. I haven't had this problem in the past and I'm lost.

If the Incredisonic can see the 4tb but not use it then you may have to let it format the drive in a partition scheme it understands. The pc scheme (NTFS) is not universally accepted on everything. Be sure to backup any info on the 4tb first as the format process will be destructive.
