I've not long built this PC.

8gb Corsair's Value Select 1866mhz Ram
Athlon X4 860k @ 3.7Ghz
Gigabyte Gtx 1050Ti 4gb OC
Corsair VS 550)
I originally had a factory overclocked 4gb R9 380 in this, but i had a problem where the pc sometimes wouldn't post at all, The fans would spin at the lowest speeds, then speed up every 10 or so seconds, then go back to the lowest speed. The PC wouldn't beep or post at all until after around 5 minutes of doing this.
It would also shut down & restart it's self randomly. Wether under load or not. Sometimes it wouldn't do it after being on for 12 hours, sometimes it would do it before windows could fully load up.
I switched out the R9 for a 1050 Ti, as the TDP is more than halved, but i still have these problems.
Is it my PSU? Although it's brand new?
