Alright so I were to buy a H110 Motherboard AND a Kaby Lake Pentium G4560 for a new PC Build, would they both be compatible out of the box. I heard that all H110 motherboards made after Kaby Lake's release would now come with a bios update in support for Kaby Lake. So if I bought one of these motherboards, would it work with a G4560, or would I HAVE to buy another type of motherboard. If you know anything please answer.

i also just bought a msi h110 pro vd plus and a g4560. the store personnel told me that newer h110 mobo works now with kaby lake so i ask them to boot it and it does, bios and all.

So to answer your question , it probably does work on a newer h110 mobo

You got luckey and the board was made after the latest BIOS was released if the board has been in transit and sitting on a shelf a few months then it will not work without a BIOS update.
