I bought a Japanese kotatsu which is a 110v kotatsu:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00F2C31AM/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Then I bought a transformer https://www.amazon.com/VCT-VT-1000J-Japanese-Transformer-Converts/dp/B000PC4SVU/ref=pd_cp_60_1?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=21D42RTZ6X0456T3MRGX

I am not sure where to plug the kotatsu, there are two inputs: 120 line and 110 line. The kotatsu plug doesn't go in the 110 line. That leaves me with one choice, plug it into the 120v.
There is also two settings on the front: 110 input and 120 input.

I live in the US, can you please let me know which plug I should plug the kotatsu in and which setting I should select? The Amazon links have puctures if you need to see the actual unit.

Thank you

Solution
These transformers have "input" and "output". You're in the USofA, the transformer has an input labeled "120V", this is where you plug it into the outlet.
For the output: Find an adaptor which plugs between the cable from that Kotatzu, and 110V socket on the transformer.
