As the title asks, "PCIe v3.0 x16 (8.0 GT/s) @ x4 (8.0 GT/s)" Does this mean I am only rinning @ x4 instead of 16? in HWiNFO64 it says that. I use CPU z but ever since I plugged my gtx 960 into the 3.0, it wont tell me the bus speed. It's set to gen 3 in bios.
