Hello guys,
same as the Title.
Will it work? Or should I buy a new CPU?
Which one would you guys recommend to me?

I will upgrade my PC this week and I don't really know which parts I should buy.

This is what I have:
►i3-6100 with standard cooler(come with the box)
►GA-Z170N-WIFI (rev. 1.0) (mini-ITX)
►2x8GB HyperX FURY Black DDR4-2133
►Nvidia GTX 960 4GB
(I also have an old GTX 560ti GPU too)
I play with Monitor Asus VG248QE.

I want to play game at 1080p 60fps and recording 1080p 60fps at the same time. Will it be enough? I do some rendering too but I will make my GPU do that.

I will put it in this (already buy)
Case:
►Corsair Carbide Clear 400C
Fans:
►1x from case fans(120mm and 140mm)
►1x Corsair Air Series AF140Q RED(LED) Quiet Edition
►2x Air Series SP120 LED White High Static Pressure 120mm Fan Twin Pack

And I still missing a PSU. Which one should I buy? Price around 100$~120$ or if it possible a lower price.

Or do you guys have a better build? My Budget is around 400$ for upgrade CPU/PSU.
Or maybe recommend me more, for a later buy.

Thanks.

1060 and 480 are basically the same, they go head to head in everything, sometimes one wins, sometimes the other. So budget becomes a decent question. Also to consider is what you'll be using to record. Nvidia cards have access to ShadowPlay, so you get full optimization directly through the gpu, which might benefit resources.

Either way, you'll need more power than the i3 can decently handle, you can really use the i7 which will cover the broadest range of games. An i3 will suffer badly recording GTA:V for instance or any other high core use game.

If you plan on gaming/recording the i7 would be the best bet, you already have a Z board so OC is an option.

Your biggest obstacle won't be the cpu, it'll be the gpu. To get 1080p /60fps in a lot of games, you'll have to drop settings, even the i7 can only do so much.

Okay. So and which i7 6700k or i7 7700k but I want to stay at i3-6100 for awhile so can I change the GPU first?
What GPU is good for 2017 to 2019?

A gtx1060 will pretty much max out most all games at 1080p. A gtx1070 will max out anything but costs considerably more.
The 7700k is the better cpu, but not by much, and you'll need to update the bios on that Z170 board before you could use it. The 6700k is drop n play.

what do you think about
Asus NVIDIA GTX 1060 6GB DUAL OC with a i5-6600K? I need to save up 200~300$ more.
Or Should I go with i3-6100 and ASUS Radeon RX 480 STRIX OC GAMING card? 309 € card

Nowhere is the X62 mentioned, but for the price, the X61 is just as good, just missing a few lighting gimmicks. as is, with either of those cpus you'd not need that much cooling potential, an X41 would work just fine at much less cost

for psu, the 1060 could easily work with the Corsair CX-450M (Vengeance?) but youd be better off with the 550w for the Rx480, if that even fits in the case.
