Hello everyone I just can't figure out what is going on with my new build. All of the components seem to turn ON just fine but it doesn't give me anything on my display. I don't have any access to the Bios since there is nothing coming up on my screen. When I turn On the PC it goes On for a few seconds (usually between 7 or 14 seconds) then it turns OFF by itself and goes Back ON again... I tried changing the RAM's places but didn't work, I tried removing to see if I got something and I got that beautiful Beep of the MOBO asking for Ram... That's something at least, but I still don't know what the problem here is?
My Parts are the following:
Intel Pentium G4620 3.7GHz Dual-Core Processor
ASRock Z170A-X1/3.1 ATX Motherboard
Avexir Core Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory
MSI Radeon RX 480 4GB ARMOR OC Video Card
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

It needs BIOS 7.10 to support that CPU. This is the latest BIOS

1151 Pentium G4620(S0) Kaby Lake 3.7GHz BCLK 100MHz 3MB 51W P7.10

If it's not on it now it wont do anything

Only way to fix it. Buy / borrow a CPU the BIOS supports flash the BIOS. Then put this back in

Or take it to a shop, ask them to do it

So all it needs is a Bios Update? is there some way to do it by myself with an USB or something?

I read somewhere you can actually upgrade the bios by putting it on a USB flash drive formatted in FAT32, plugging it in and booting the computer up.

Yeah... the thing is that I bought everything from Newegg + Amazon, I Read some news about the Mobo and ASRock was supposed to update them in July/2016 to get ready for the 7th generation of Intel but nope
:/:pfff:

That may apply to some mobos if it supports it. Only mobos that I know of that you can flash a BIOS (even without the CPU) are ASUS mobos that support flashback

It may apply to ASUS mobos that support crashfree BIOS. Thats if the BIOS is corrupt, you can do what you posted

I'm having the exact same problem as OP. Got a 7th gen Intel processor here with a mobo who's latest BIOS version, which added 7th Gen CPU support was released recently in Nov of 2016. I tried checking the "Sticker" on the mobo itself to see what BIOS version it has but there is no sticker, so I have no idea what bios version the mobo shipped with.

I'd be extremely pissed off if they're still shipping mobos that they advertise as having 7th gen procsessor support with older BIOS versions that do not support 7th gen.

I am right there now... and I don't really want to go to a Computer Center/Technician, the ones around here want to charge more $$ for anything they do, even if it takes only a couple minutes and is the simplest thing

You can order a BIOS chip on ebay and replace the board's one.
http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2050601.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.H0.XZ170A-X1%2F3.1+bios+chip.TRS0&_nkw=Z170A-X1%2F3.1+bios+chip&_sacat=0
ASRock also might ship one for free, if contacted.

So I just went to a THREE!! different Tech Repair Centers and TWO of them didn't even have Intel processors from the 6th Generation to help me out with the update.. the last technician wanted to Charge me $60, he told me that he needed to install windows and the drivers first and then update it... I told him that it wasn't necessary and that I had the USB Stick with the update, then he told me "Do it yourself then" I told him I would if I had the processor that's why I'm here, I told him $60 was too much, he told me then do it -_- I just left after that.

I think I'll be sending back the motherboard and will ask for an updated one...

Definitely... Now I'll just text Newegg Support to let them know about it and see if they can send me a replacement with the Bios Updated...
