exhaust fans for my case

looking at replacing my corsair SP120s for my exhaust fans on my case (HAF 912) single top and single rear.

specs i need 120mm as i cannot hold any 140mm fans in this case.

so am i wrong to go with noctua fans here or is that pretty much as good as it gets?

but does it matter if i used a NF-F12 vs a S12a if i am already using a SP120 led version from corsair and achieving 40 degrees at average load? both the NF-F12 and SP120 are focused flow so would it really make a difference i just used the NF-F12?
