Hi as the title says my voltage will drop when I try to stress test my amd fx 8320, which ultimately results in a blue screen.

I can go up to 4ghz but anything higher and I'll bluescreen when running prime95. I changed the voltage and on startup it'll do the voltage I set it to (1.32) and when I start the test it drops to like 1.272.

My mobo is a gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3

Hi Old_fritz :)

What you are experiencing is Vdroop and this is controlled by the level of LLC (Load Line Calibration)
It is controlled in Bios and listed as Load Line Control. This is normally set on Auto and differing Bios controls vary. You may be offered to simply switch it on or give it a value. Go to a high setting but not too high.
