Question about overclocking

I really want to overclock my i7-3770k (I know its old, but its still functioning,) but i'm not sure about a few things.
First of all, what psu do you recommend? I am unsure about my current supply, because its an antec supply from a server machine, and its really not very safe for overclocking (low voltages, etc.)
Second of all, what motherboard should I have? I currently have the z77e itx, and I haven't yet poked around in the bios about overclocking.
Third, how long can I overclock my processor at a time?
Fourth, what cpu cooler do I need?
Lastly, is there a way to calculate the voltage to performance?

I am really new to all of this, and my computer is often hard to work with. Regardless, I want to try. Thanks!

Solution
just search "how to overclock 3770K".
you will find a couple of guides.
Basically, you increase the multiplier and voltage. than you run stress test. you want your cores temperature to be in under 85C under load.
This MB is in theory fine, but don't expect it to do miracles - it has 6 phases of questionable capability.
theoretically, you can try 4.5GHz with up to 1.3v vcore. the lower voltage is better.
Antec has decent PSUs. CPU, even heavily overclocked, usually do not consume over 160watt under synthetic loads. Real life power draw is much lower.
So if you want an opinion on the PSU, post a model or a pic with readable label + the rest of your system spec - GPU is most important.

P.S.
your CPU though old, is perfectly fine for...

your CPU though old, is perfectly fine for gaming and do not need replacement. Though even overclock is unnecessary for gaming. It can handle games very well.
