My dads getting BSOD errors quite often with this combination. Not sure exactly what he has but he's getting errors such a memory managment, page fault in nonpaged area, and a few others. He has tried pretty much everything, could this be the issue? or is CPU/Motherboard defected?
Will a motherboard that has a max of 125W have any issue with a 125W CPU?

Run memtest on the ram , might be an issue , also test them independently.
