I'm looking for suggested parts list for a $2500+\- gaming/recording pc.. I want a beast that can run any and every game maxed out with high fps including 4K.. I don't want to worry about upgrades because lack of performance for a few ears. I've been involved with a few pc builds of friends but never my own and never one this expensive so I'm looking for your knowledge to help me get the most out of my money..

This probably the best your money can buy right now, though it might be ~200 dollars over your preferred budget. Best in class for overclocking, since you would like to run 4k, there should be plenty of overclocking capability here. It's probably a little overkill, but will definetely bring performance.
You might have to tweak a little if you want the ram to run at 4266Mhz with an overclocked CPU, but the Maximus IX Apex is specifically made to run super-duper high speed memory (hence only 2 memory slots), i suggest you take a look at the OC3D review of that motherboard, in case you should be interested.

I t has a decent sized SSD for your main programs and games, as well as an additional 2 TB storage drive, and a speedy drive at that. If you do not care about looks, you can change the case out for something else to save a little cash. If you need a larger SSD, upgrade the one I selected.

Also, if you need an optical drive, you will need to get an external one. There's no way to install one on this case.

That's a beast of a system that should handle anything you throw at it for many years to come. If I were to build myself a new system anytime soon, that's what I'd build. Plus, it looks awesome!
