Hello everyone, i've had this problem for a while, 2 monts exactly, and i got this laptop 5 months ago. So, before i start, here are the main specs:

- ACER Aspire F15 F5-571G-31ER - NX.GA4EX.011 -
Cpu: Intel® Core™ i3 Dual Core Processor 5005U, 2Ghz, 3mb cache
Gpu: Nvidia 940m 2gb ddr3
HDD: TOSHIBA MQ01ABD100 1TB 5400 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s
Ram: 4GB (4GB x 1) DDR3L 1600 MHz SDRAM, 2 x SODIMM socket
OS: currently at windows 8.1 pro x64

So, freezes accours when something new pops out that i haven't load before. So, ill explain this in next few games, sry for making it this long.

Take in mind that most of this games i run in 60+ fps, and i dont have fps drop problem, I dont have cpu, gpu, ram usage problems, no temp. problems with gpu and cpu. Changing resolution to the lowest or lowering graphic settings is not making a change, except for more fps.

I'll start with Dirt3 and Grid2. Now, they are both made by codemasters, and the problem is the same. For Grid 2, as soon as i start the game, start some race, ~ second freeze would occur after ~20 meters i pass, another one after next 20-40 meters. Sometimes it takes a bit longer for freeze to occur. Anyway, after i finish the whole track, i can restart the game(That race only, not the entire game), and taking in mind that the whole track is now loaded into ram memory, the freeze never occors on this track, except when i restart the pc and ram resets. I can play that track for next 24h, the freeze will just not appear. Now, for dirt3, entering into part of track that wasn't loaded before, the freeze is occurring after every second. It's basically like 1 second drive 1 second freeze, pretty anoying,

Second game: Terraria. This game is similar as grid2. As i enter biomes that i haven't been in before, freeze occurs. I've just pointed this game out so to explain that it's not about performance issue.

CS:GO, CS:Source, No more room in hell, Garry's mod. Taking in mind that all of these games are powered by source, i sorted them together. CS:GO is the game that is a bit demanding for my cpu when i play online, but i had 70fps in fight, 120-130 out of fight without any freeze. Now, i pretty much got freeze every half minute, a minute. I got freeze when someone is speaking over microfon, when i speak over microfon for the first time in game, when nade deploys for the first time and so on...
In source games, The freeze in menu is pretty obvious. When i enter in options from menu, ~ second freeze. Tho, no freeze will happen if i enter the options again, until i restart the game.

Things i noticed about this problem:
I just wanna point something important. This is not just about games. This happens out of games, for example: File explorer. I open a folder, there is a 20%-40% chance that my mouse and file explorer will freeze for a sec. As in any other program, displaying something for first time, the freeze occurs. But there is something weird. What i've tried is to play a game, or opening folders quickly while having some YouTube video in the background, just to test if whole pc freezes or if it is just the game. I've put the game in window mode so i can see the YouTube video rolls as i play the game. Every time freeze occurs, YouTube would roll just fine, without any single problem.
I know this is not about my main gpu, cuz i get this freeze when i use intel's gpu as well (intel hd 5500)
Whenever game freezes, disk jumps from 20% to 50% and goes back. Cpu jumps for 3-10%.

Things i've tried:
When i got this problem, i was using windows 10.
- Switching between power options (Anything there is to change)
- Updating drivers with Driver Booster
! I know that disk defragmentation is important, and i had it enabled to automatic (every week i thnk so). I've done something else, i formated one partition (E) and placed one game to test it out. Still the same!!!
- Changing to windows 7 first, but the problem was that i couldn't find the drivers for my laptop. So, i switched to windows 8.1 pro. No change with freezes.
- Hard disk check
- Ram check with memory diagnostic tool
- Disabling intel hd graphics while game is using nvidia's. Only lower fps (idk why i even tried this)

I dont even know what i have done anymore.

I am so desperate at this point. Any idea will be helpful. Thank you.
