My pc crashed i need to know what caused it

is what it is telling me but have no clue what exactly happened just need t know what needs fixed also I've never knew I was having these errors till looked into my crash these dates and time it says there was windows says hardware error 1st one 1/17/17 time 8:27 P.M second windows says hardware error 1/18/17 8:20 P.M third was the crash all errors right here responding all of these errors happened same day 2/4/17 At #1 error had another error at same time so its #1,#2,# error are Windows was not properly shut down,windows stopped working, time 9:12 P.M third error still same day was the crash shut down unexpectedly windows then after this crash this error appeared nav.exe stopped responding same date as crash time9:42 P.M the crash happened while I was watching youtube and this guy was exploding a lot of cars I need to know how to find my cause so I can fix it please thanks.
 
Solution
It would've been easier if you stated your laptop's make and model. In any case, since this laptop is running off of Windows 10, you can try and perform a repair install. See if that resolves the issue.

On another note, you seem to have a BIOS update, with version A14. Currently you're currently on version A07. I'd ask you to update your BIOS as well as the rest of your drivers found off that support site/link.
