Alright so my original hard drive is 232 gb that I was able to use. New one is 3 tb. I'm looking to either use only the new one, or maybe use the old one for booting and the new one for everything else.

I currently have macrium reflect up and it tells me I have 2.73 tb from my new one. Maybe .27 tb I can't lose isn't so bad, but considering it's refurbished and sort of new, I'd like to at least be able to use all 3 tb. I'll post a pic of my screen to Imgur here - https://imgur.com/gallery/6UVUS

So I know nothing about cloning or partitioning, formatting, GPwhatever those things are.

Can someone tell me what I need to do, or maybe some options and how I would easily do each?

If I need to I can buy some screws or something so both hard drives can be placed, but right now my old one is just hanging from the two cords/resting on the bottom of my case.

Solution
Yea you are a MBR boot which you can not clone that to the new 3TB drive. If it was 2Tb or less you would be ok. If you want to make the 3TB your boot drive you have to make sure you have a uEFI motherboard as well.

Well I still don't have a clue what I should do

I don't know what or how to format really. I don't know what kinds of formats there are, etc, or what they mean. You say I can't do this, I don't know what I can do or how.

What version of windows are you running and what kind of motherboard?

You can also check this way

Right click on Computer/This PC - Manage - Click on Disk management on the left - Look for your C Drive. Is there only two partitions or 3 on that drive?
