I'm looking for something good with pushing through old thick walls, easy port forwarding from Mac addresses, USB nas support, plan on doing teaming, max wireless load I would say is 2-6x devices streaming or gaming, isp 100mbps, most everything is lan through a 16 port switch.

I was looking at getting a 1900 but not sure and what brand I should go with

I am new here, and no expert on networking, but i have read that it is a mistake to think that a router's ability to push through thick walls is good enough. The protocol used in LANs - e.g. N or AC whatever, MUST have two-way communication - so if you have a wi-fi printer behind a ferro-cement wall, your router can perhaps contact it easily, but will the printer be able to reply? I discovered this problem when I swapped one of my epson printers for a Brother model. The Brothers transmit power was so feeble that it dropped the connection without printing at all. You say you have eight devices - so my guess is you need to invest in some repeaters.

You are quite correct. WIFI, being a two-way connection can't benefit from just more power at one end. Wired networking, either via ethernet cable, MoCA coax or powerline network adapters is the best answer for penetrating walls.

There are very few routers that support link aggregation (which I assume is what you are referring to with teaming). If you want link aggregation, you would be better served to get a managed switch and run a single uplink to the router. With 100Mbit WAN any AC1900 router should be fine.
