I'm building a brand new PC for mostly gaming, photo editing (lightroom) and occasionally video editing (vacation footage, not too much on Premiere). I usually browse internet with 10+tabs running and 3 or 4 apps running at same time. I plan on getting i7 7700k or maybe i5 7600k so I can stay at it for maybe 5 years (I'm still using my 6 year old i5 750). Since I'm not into overclocking and live in Brazil where high end stuff is really overpriced, I figured I'd save some bucks on mobo and "splurging on processor, GPU - gtx 1070 and 16GB Ram. Is this a good choice? The cheapest overclockable mobo Z170 here costs around 210USD, while the h110 can be found at 100USD. z270 are about 230USD. So in my opinion, overclocking is just not worth the money nor the time (here in Brazil at least). I considered i7 7700k or i5 7600k over their non K counterparts since they are around 10% more expensive here but have higher base clock. I found DDR4 2400MHZ, plan on getting 16gb 1 stick for future upgrade. I know these 110 support only 2133mhz, will there be a problem? Prices for i7 7700k: 468usd ,406usd non k. i5 7600k 343usd. 312 for non k. I might also add a wifi/bluetooth board since i cannot plug a wired connection in my room.
